I started People Matters HR in 2011 to provide businesses, of all sizes, with a cost effective and superior outsourced HR solution. We are a national award winning team, who punch above our weight, supporting over 80 SME's predominantly across the North West. Over the years we have delivered director level HR at a fraction of the cost of you employing even a junior HR professional. They should be there helping out along the way, providing advice and ensuring everyone is pulling in the right direction.I have a brilliant talented Team who share my passion for people management and development. I have an MA in Strategic HR Management, I have post graduate qualifications in Employment Law and HR Development, I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD) and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. As well as leading the People Matters HR Team and growing the business. I take a hands on lead in developing our clients HR strategy, organisational development and delivering Leadership Development programs to help SME leaders step up to improve their leadership and people management.
