Through strategic planning continually develop the contract order, billing & administration process in order to drive "right first" billing and increase customer satisfaction by resolving queries and accurate timely invoicing to improve the cash flow within Ricoh RZA and RNL. Drive the performance of revenue generation to ensure accuracy through controlled and timely processes aligned with the company strategy and targets.Working in conjunction with credit control major accounts teams on related aged debt.Monitor monthly KPI's for billing and administration process, taking remedial actions to ensure performance expectations are met and exceeded.Develop and maintain inter-company relationships within Europe, including operating companies and the SHARE teams.Monitor service levels and performance provided to customers of the RZA/RNL/RBE and RLU Shared Service Centre and ensure targets are met, to maintain alignment strategy.Lead, motivate and organize the contract order, billing & administration management teams, ensuring that succession planning through talent management and training is considered, to meet and exceed KPI's whilst maintaining a safe and productive working environment.Support strategic initiatives linked to the company balance scorecard in order to drive the business and act as a departmental leader to support a drive for process excellence and billing administration strategy.
