About Niellen Almera

As a Mining Engineer, I have a passion for applying scientific and engineering principles to the extraction and processing of minerals. I graduated from Cebu Institute of Technology in July 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering, where I gained theoretical and practical knowledge of geology, mineralogy, surveying, mine design, and safety and etc.I also have experience in providing professional and efficient customer support/service for various client projects at Foundever, where I worked as a Customer Service Representative from August 2022 to May 2023. I handled customer’s problems arising from different products, followed prescribed problem resolution procedures, and ensured data accuracy. I am eager to learn new skills and go above and beyond on any project, as demonstrated by my self-motivation and dedication.Some of my core competencies include support services, interpersonal skills, and spreadsheets. I also have advanced first aid and CPR certification, which I obtained in September 2023, as part of my commitment to safety and health in the mining industry. I am looking for an opportunity to apply my skills and knowledge to a challenging and rewarding role in the mining sector.
