As a student pursuing a degree in Management Accounting and Control at Aarhus University, my journey has been a blend of academic learning and practical application, with a particular focus on enhancing business processes, Quality Management, and Generative AI.I began my professional career at Damstahl in January 2023, where I was responsible for creating a new Quality Management System certified by ISO 9001 for Denmark, Sweden, and Finland and later the whole group. Following that, I developed both a Supply Chain and HR Management System, all built within Microsoft SharePoint, which improved operational efficiency across the organization.Since November 2023, my focus has shifted toward supply chain, where I collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Director. I work on optimizing processes in logistics, warehouse, customer care, outbound logistics etc. Ensuring that various projects stay on track and aligned with strategic objectives. Key projects include conducting ABC analysis to boost warehouse efficiency, developing an app for managing customer claims and collecting vital data, performance management etc.Alongside my operational work, I have embraced Generative AI technologies like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, using them daily to elevate work quality and efficiency. These tools have empowered me to tackle new challenges and improve how I approach tasks. My expertise in AI and prompt engineering led me to host an AI course for 60 colleagues at Damstahl, where I trained them to integrate these tools into their daily workflows.I am committed to continuous improvement, combining a solution-driven mindset with hands-on experience and academic learning to deliver impactful results.
