Als content lead of product manager ben ik verantwoordelijk voor vier product teams (60 FTE) die operational technology (OT) leveren en beheren voor Security en Safety processen op Schiphol. Het gaat hierom apparatuur die wordt gebruikt voor operationele processen zoals het screenings, toegangsbeheer, grenscontrole - en security monitoringsproces. Als content lead ben ik onderdeel van het managementteam van de afdeling (~100 FTE).

Als process lead was ik onderdeel van het managementteam van de afdeling (85 FTE) die verantwoordelijk is voor de operationele technologie (zoals de security lanes) en dataproducten binnen het Security & Safety domein op Schiphol. In deze rol ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de processen binnen de afdeling en de continue verbetering daarvan. Hier focus ik mij specifiek op de volgende processen en thema's: way of working (Agile, Lean, ITIL, BISL), finance, risk, innovatie, IT servicemanagement en portfolio. Hierbij werk ik nauw samen met de business, leveranciers en andere stakeholders.

As a transformation manager I'm part of the IT & Data team within the business domain of Security, Safety & Environment (SSE). At the airport many transformations transcend the domain of Schiphol Group due to the many interfaces with governmental organisations as the ministry of Defense, the ministry of Justice and Safety, and the Royal Military Police. As a transformation manager I'm responsible for leading transformations on behalf of IT & Data.

The Schiphol Group management traineeship offers you the opportunity to perform five jobs in a period of two year time. Apart from this you receive coaching and training on improving your personal leadership and acquiring aviation specific knowledge. Below you can find my responsibilities during my management traineeship.• Project manager Operations: within the business area of Operations I was responsible for improving operational processes at airside;• Consultant Sustainability: together with the team I was responsible for setting up a sustainability roadmap focusing on the regional airports of Eindhoven, Lelystad and Rotterdam the Hague;• Change manager Operations: As a change manager I was responsible for facilitating an IT transformation within the Operations department;• Consultant IT & Data: together with team I was responsible for facilitating a major organizational change within IT & Data; • Sales Lead Commercial: together with the team I was responsible for developing and implementing a new revenue stream for Schiphol Group.

Together with the team I was responsible for coordinating and managing the Annual and Quarterly report process. This required knowledge on finance and stakeholder management regarding several internal stakeholders and external stakeholders as the DNB and ECB. Next to this, I took part in a working group focusing on improving the employee experience.

UWV is a semi-public organisation which is focusing on helping unemployed people and finding them a job. At UWV I was responsible for:• Leading various projects;• Performing research on how the department I worked for could becoming more future proof;• Secretary tasks for the management team of the department;• Organizing several masterclasses.
