I see myself as an innovative and analytical person who sees the big picture as well as the details. My most important asset is my ability to solve complex problems plus the ability to ask the right questions and see new possibilities. Combined with my experience, it means that I´m very good at finding solutions that not only looks good on paper, but actually can be implemented with succes.This ability I have shown implementing Robotics Process Automation at Danish Crown.Instead of handle every automation of a process as an IT-project, we just treat it as a hand-over to a digital employee. We also found that many more tasks than standard transaction tasks is possible to automatise. Eg. Management reports and reconciliation task that normally are handled by highly skill people can partly or full be automated. This way a developer and I have sucessfully automated 30 processes in less than 12 months.I also have used the ability to find solutions within logistic. Eg. we started up a Warehouse in China with an empty building and inexperienced warehouse people that didn´t spoke english. By using simple Warehouse system in SAP, Picking lists and chalk marking on the floor, we delivered to production from day one as planned. One years later we had a fully operation high bay Warehouse using WM/HUM in SAP by scanner.
