Responsibilities:• Initially responsible for the project functional scope and selection of the best ERP solution as well as stakeholder management/involvement.• Responsible for recruiting the team of 25-30 people who should represent the business in defining the solution and roll it out • Hereafter responsible for the solution design of a global SAP solution for Maersk Line and related container activities• Responsible for the pilot go-live in Sweden and Hong Kong• Upon finalization of the pilot I took over the responsibilities of the full program as the program director was promoted within the APMM organization.• Success Stories:• The project delivered vision, mission and objectives for the project• FACT was rolled out globally• The ERP solution was rolled out globally with 3-5 implementation teams• I participated in a full global ERP project life cycle.
