Metabolomic characterization of the salt stress response in Streptomyces coelicolor. Appl Environ Microbiol. 76(8):2574-81).

For a 5 months graduation project, I have been working on a method concerning time series analysis of mass spectrometry data for Streptomyces coelicolor. This organism is an important industrial producer of antibiotics. New analytical clustering method have been developed to analyze time series. We have found several novel compounds for Streptomyces coelicolor, which are involved in a stress response.

Internship project: “Support Vector Machine classification for the discrimination of noise and valid peaks in mass spectrometry data"I have developed a tool in Java which can filter noise in MS data.
