Day to day management and further development of RTL Weer & Verkeer dept. (ca. 20FTE), amongst which the following business units:- Buienradar BV: biggest weather website and app of the NL and BE and amongst the top 10 websites of NL (source: DDMM)- Routeradar: traffic information platform (web and app) / start-up for the NL, which combines regular traffic.

Responsible for the general day-to-day management of Buienradar

Overall responsibility of the execution and fullfilment of all digital projects within RTL Nederland and a team of 3 project coordinators / managers.

• Ad interim (project) management of the Internet activities of the new ‘Carlo and Irene’ TV format for 2009 (formerly known as ‘Lifeandcooking’). In this position I am responsible for:
• Project management and realisation of the Carlo and Irene program website
• Budget responsibility concerning the website
• Account management / relation management between RTL, the producer (MasMedia), the sponsors (5) and the web development organisation
• Setting up the internet organisation: management, maintenance and development (both editorial and technical)

- Helping setting up the Ad Interim Management business line within Hero Detachering- generating business (assignments) and spin off for Hero and Nymos

• The starting up of a new business unit (BU) by participating in / taking over online product / price comparison organisations in for TMnl strategic advertising segments (finance and consumer products). In this position.
• the development of the ‘take over and integration strategy’ according business plan and case
• the acquisition of potential ‘take over’ targets (product / price comparison websites)
• eventually the implementation and integration of the acquired organisations within TMg (TMnl) and the day-to-day management of the BU (monitoring and realising the year plan and budget).
