Newzoo is the leading global provider of games and esports analytics. Newzoo helps some of the world’s largest entertainment, technology, and media brands to target their audience, track competitors, spot opportunities, and make strategic and financial decisions.I had the opportunity to work with some really smart & passionate individuals on cool new features such as Contextual Events & Newzoo Pulse , and helped further build out several core tools and Newzoo’s data availability offering (API, Bulk Data etc).

As Product Manager - Attract, I focused on searching candidates & employers across the 30+ websites within the YoungCapital family.At YoungCapital, I set up new product team, implemented SCRUM and developed the vision for the domain. Optimized several processes reducing the amount of work required for ad-hoc requests from stakeholders from 4FTE to 1FTE. In addition, we shipped a new and robust Signup SPA which included full flexibility for CRO tests & automated error reporting. Significant increase in speed and +10% conversion across configs.

Worked as a Project Manager in the UX & Design department, collaborating with Lead Designers & UXers to improve processes.Managed a wide variety of projects, ranging from short-term creative pitches to large-scale ecommerce platforms. Clients included adidas, Airbnb, General Electric, Heineken and Weber.

During my studies, I worked with several organizations to accelerate their digital growth. Kaspersky Benelux - Responsibility for localisation and development of content on Facebook & Twitter on a daily basis. Handling webcare, ranging from solving technical issues to account support.Rabobank - Managed the organisation of a seminar on Cybersecurity for 150+ HNW participants. Developed concept, arranged speakers, catering, location and technology while keeping into account budget & timeline constraints.Buitengoed Fredeshiem - Restructured assessment online sales channels, and measuring their efficiency & ROI. Set up a newsletter strategy for a database of over 5000 subscribers. Used A/B test analysis to adjust segmenting and content, resulting in a 15% growth in both opening and click rates. Developed new website with a focus on SEO, resulting in a unique visitor growth of 300%
