I am an experienced IT professional who has work predominantly with analyzing, constructing and implementing IT solutions and managing those who also do it. Through my career I have worked as a CIO and has a deep insight into the composition of IT usage in companies their it spend as well as the forces driving it. Furthermore I have advised on, managed different types IT departments and been the lead consultant on several acquisitions analyzing IT cost and IT composition on both buyer and seller side of deals. On top of this, I have valuated several different size of ERP implementations worked out Business cases and managed projects focusing on business optimization.I focus on practical portfolio/project acceleration and can make sure that the right business decisions are reached. I am typical pragmatist who set goals before method have significant senior experience. During my career I have worked with IT from both serving both as a supplier of solutions and customer/receiver of the same thus providing a unique insight into the turmoil’s of running efficient IT departments and IT projects.I have extensive experience of how companies motivate and implement deployments - from the first creative ideas until the systems or ideas are part of the company DNA. My preferred area is in the field of tension between organizational, technological and process change in companies during implementations.
