Together with my team I delivered high quality infrastructure services- and support to our colleagues at our HQ in Denmark and our international offices and stores.We centrally operated and supported the full network- and server infrastructure between our international locations and our datacentre in Copenhagen.Key achievements:Headed the entire IT-infrastructure carve-out of our largest brand divestment (the Peak Performance sale to Amer Sports Corporation). Lead the infrastructure & datacenter carve-out of our centralized logistics- & warehouse division to prepare for divestment of this business unit. Completed outsourcing of internal network, server & datacenter operation, to adapt to the new decentralized organization. This also increased flexibility and saved cost. Based on risk assessment, I recommended, initiated and secured the implementation of a new state of the art endpoint- & malware protection solution across the entire client & Point of Sale fleet (Cisco Umbrella & Cisco AMP on 600+ office clients and 250+ Point of Sale clients).Initiated and headed upgrade and implementation of next generation firewalls at our main brand office locations (7 geographical sites installed with Cisco FTDv firewalls on Cisco ISR routers with iWAN & WAAS).Lead planning and implementation of all IT-infrastructure for the new IC Group HQ office in central Copenhagen.Initiated and headed Cisco Meraki router & WiFi implementation in 60+ retail stores, showrooms and offices across Europe. Initiated and headed Cisco Meraki WiFi implementation at our Brand HQ locations in Denmark & Sweden.Initiated and headed Point of Sale (POS) hardware replacement project (120+ retail & franchise stores across Europe).Planned and headed Lenovo client upgrade project (600+ clients).Recruiting, managing and retaining an international team of 9 members, in different geographical locations, that supply IT infrastructure services to the whole organization.

My work in the IT Multichannel Department was mainly concentrated around 2nd line support and development coordination of our Fujitsu GlobalStore POS system, which is used in our retail and franchise stores.I also worked with operational maintenance of our other Multichannel business systems and coordination of cross-department projects.

I worked in the IT Service & Operations Department at IC Companys A/S, which was a support function for all our brands and departments at both our Danish Headquarter in Copenhagen, our many shops in and outside Denmark and for our international daughter companies. My work included mobile device management (iOS, Android & Windows Phone), software license management, hardware and software procurement, configuration and maintenance and general support activities on both hardware, software and user side.

During my studies at the IT University in Copenhagen, I founded a company called Drizzle, where I delivered various IT services to Bigger Picture (a small innovative consulting company) and to other small consulting companies.

I was employeed by the National IT and Telecom Agency and was assigned to the Digital Signature project at the Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation (VTU).At the Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation my role was to support the rollout of the digital signature to the Danish citizens and public institutions. This included working with the marketing side of the project, but also the more technical aspects of the underlying infrastructure together with TDC.

I undertook an internship in the marketing department at Europcar's German headquarter where my work areas included:- Contact and cooperation with our advertising agency, legal-, controlling-and accounting department as well as with the Europcar mother company in Paris. - Production of competitor- and market analyses.- Concept development, hereunder a concept for a Europcar Media Kit and for a sport promotion event.- Production, preparation and translation of various presentations.

In connection with the America’s Cup race, some of the worlds largest privately owned yachts gather as spectators for the event. My work areas at the yacht service agency in Auckland was in this connection marketing, sales and customer service targeted at the owners and crews on these yachts.

I worked on various projects, hereunder competitor analyses and preparation of lease contracts for the Fleet Control and Risk management department and for the Business Information Group.
