Work Experience 🏥 📊 🚑With a broad background in healthcare and data analysis, I am currently working as a staff member in the medical department at AZ Turnhout, where I develop data-driven projects and dashboards for the Medical Director. Additionally, I work as a self-employed data analyst, using my expertise to support individuals and companies with data analysis and dashboard development.Furthermore, I serve as Vice Chairman of Ambulance Services Beerse and volunteer as a paramedic within the 112 emergency system. Previously, I gained valuable experience in the pharmaceutical sector at Johnson & Johnson and in the hospital sector as a medical laboratory technologist at Jessa Hospital. I have also been actively involved with the Belgian Red Cross for many years and participate in various working groups and management boards in different organizations.Education 🎓In June 2024, I graduated with a Master of Science in System and Process Innovation in Healthcare from UHasselt. This new and ambitious program provides a broad perspective on healthcare innovation and process optimization. Prior to this, I earned a degree as a Medical Laboratory Technologist and completed the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) training.Skills 📅 💻With my background in Healthcare Engineering, prehospital emergency care, Medical Laboratory Technology, and my experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I have developed extensive skills in data analysis, dashboard development, system and process innovation, quality management, patient safety, leadership, public speaking, GCP, and GLP.
