In short: I'm an allround process operator at Solvay and volunteer firefighter at my local fire station. I've attended a DCS- engineering training (Yokogawa) and an Analytic Troubleshooting training (Kepner- Tregoe®). Thanks to expert guidance, I'm learning how to be an effective and reliable process operator who can offer important insight in different situations. The long read: I've attended US and German/ UK (St. Georges Cologne) schools, which is why I speak German reasonably well and read and write English even better. After completing the vocational training for Operator C, I started working for Solvay in Herten, NL. I attended the Analytic troubleshooting (ATS) training by Kepner- Tregoe®. I regard this as the most important training I have followed so far. It helps me handle process related problems in a structured and organised manner. My time with the fire department has enabled me to remain calm and focussed in stressful situations. This is a skill I am very grateful for and continue to develop. I have learned, and continue to learn, new skills such as working as an "LAC" operator and "VKE" unit. Along all previous mention tasks, I mark tanks, pipes and other process equipment in accordance with current NEN/ ISO regulations for industry.
