Pharma experience:I have more than 20 years’ experience from the pharma industry, 10 years as Vice President (5 as Director) in Biostatistics in Global Development at Novo Nordisk with responsibility for many statisticians, IT-developers, and programmers. 2 years as project manager for different clinical insulin projects and 7 years as a statistician. I can navigate in a rapidly growing or changing area as R&D and I am used to setting visions and new directions and implementing process improvements, new IT systems and new organizations. I am used to working with authorities worldwideInternational management:The last 15 years I had a key role as manager in developing the Biostatistics unit at Novo Nordisk from one consisting of 30+ statisticians and statistical programmers to a unit consisting of 300+ statisticians and statistical programmers.
