I founded Lab Digital in 2015 with my business partner (and technical director) Pim Vernooij. It’s now a growing organization with about 80 specialists who are 100% committed to helping our clients with making progress in the digital realm. The issues that motivate us usually involve user experience, development and customization, and the use of advanced cloud technology. I am involved in both current projects and in nurturing and coaching the organization and ensuring continuing growth and development. My greatest concern is the well-being of Lab Digital's employees. As an organization, we often provide purely technological solutions, but there are always people behind that technology. In my role as operational director and my previous work at a leading Dutch internet agency (Lukkien), I’ve been able to experience the full breadth of the digital field, in terms of technology, creativity and management.
