I founded MindKey and worked as CEO, growing the company from the Copenhagen head office while establishing our New York and Hong Kong subsidiaries. I negotiated with Microsoft and sold our Dynamics Human Resource Management IP. Then, I moved on to new adventures while my original partners continued expanding the business.

I founded and build Damgaard Consulting managing relationships in the enterprise segment worldwide. With a group of 70 highly skilled employees, we managed to implement +50 ERP solutions on Dynamics AX platform (currently Microsoft Dynamics for operation) worldwide over a period of 10 years.
