Human behaviour, and how this is connected to the brain, is a highly interesting field of play. Consumer behaviour, awareness creation, and seeing how habitual changes can make or break corporate success are areas that have fascinated me from an early age. Spearheading this ever-growing interest in the (ir)rational behaviour of the ever-demanding consumer is what I thrive on.With a bit of an obsession to stay abreast of the latest in the tourism and hospitality industry, and the agility this brings to turn around marketing and product-driven communication optimally, I very much like to stay on top of things. Connecting this with the rational and irrational, and you have my arena for persuasion and conviction laid out.The broader roles I have taken on requires being organized. Quick actions require quick access.Leadership and coaching teams are an extension of this. The world does not stand still and moves faster and faster. Those having their eyes in the same, long-term direction are the catalysers to evolve anything. It must be scalable; there must be room to optimise, grow, and evolve. It must be balanced out to alleviate the stress factor.Throughout my career at leading tourism and hospitality companies in East and South-East Asia, the drive to bring this connection to the consumer is interwoven with my passion for team play. Choices and collaborating with different personalities with often irrational logic that lead to more understanding. Brainstorming together to put forward ideas that have been in my blind spot.Habitual changes and the consistency needed to put health and wellness in the spotlight outside and on the work floor, I founded The Thrive Approach Health Coaching (www.thriveapproach.asia) in 2021.
