As consultant, trainer or coach I contribute to improving the communicative and creative power of people. Starting point for this is always the context in which people (need to) function. My motto is: "The only limitation = your own imagination". My specialties are the write stuff, the bright stuff and the visual stuff. THE WRITE STUFF - Everyone can write (better)!In a lot of organisations texts still have an important role. I train and coach professionals who (need) to write a lot for their work and who want this to go easier and faster. In my workshops we use a variety of (creative) writing techniques and also critical thinking exercises since I believe that good writing starts with good thinking. My approach for training the write stuff is based on my 5S-model for writing and ensures that professionals produce better documents with less effort. THE BRIGHT STUFF - Logic takes you from A to B, imagination will get you everywhere! In a lot of organisations, creativity is still underrated while it is one of the most important skills employees in any field should develop. My approach for training the bright stuff I have called Open Your Mind, in which we use a variety of methods and techniques for increasing people's creative confidence and abilitiesTHE VISUAL STUFF - If you can write, you can also draw!Learning to visualise one's ideas is becoming more and more important nowadays. In my opinion, everyone can learn to draw in a such way that communcation can get a lot easier. This goes for pitches, presentations and meetings. Using both old school and digital tools I help people to tap into their creativity and learn how to visualise whatever they wish to communicate to other people.
