Being responsible for the Operations Manager as part of our software platform. Additionally, responsible for the mobile Maxxton Operations app. Both modules are fully integrated and guide the operational on-site employees in their housekeeping and maintenance tasks.Alongside that, I’ve been involved in a product management teams overlooking multiple software teams including crossfunctional projects.

Considering the knowledge gathered during my graduation internship, I started as a business consultant providing consultancy on implementation projects with a specialism in the on-site Operations (housekeeping and maintenance) modules of Maxxton.

Conducting a research on how to improve the Operations modules within the software to allign it even more with the daily business at our clients.

Currently I am in my fourth and last year of this study. I follow the international variant of Logistics Engineering. Furthermore I'll specialize myself in Supply Chain Management during this final year.

The other five months of the third year of my study I did my minor. I've chosen to do a research minor, where I worked with 3 other students on a research on behalf of KOTRA Logistics and Zeeland Seaports that went about faster transport of fish from the Northern waters of Iceland towards Europe mainland. More specific the principal asked us to research to do a feasibility study to encourage a direct route from Reykjavik towards Flushing instead of Rotterdam. In the third year another internship has been completed. This time it was a five months lasting internship. I took this internship at Damen Shiprepair Vlissingen, where I worked at the transport, work preparation and project management departments. The assignment I did went about a process analysis regarding (de)mobilizing a wind turbine vessel called the 'Vole au Vent' where I adviced Damen Shiprepair Vlissingen on how to reduce costs and lead-times.

During my four year lasting study I did several internships. Starting with a one day internship in the second year. I did this internship at the distribution centre of Sligro (the supplier of EM-TE supermarkets) located in Kapelle. The focus of this intership was to gain working experience and make an assignment of a logistic topic. The topic of this assigment was how to reduce the amount of mistakes happening in the order picking process. Those mistakes could be employee-based or picking system-based.
