Als maatschappij hebben we de uitdaging om de Zorg de komende decennia met de dubbele vergrijzing betaalbaar én op peil te houden. Hoe kunnen we met minder mensen méér zorg gaan verlenen? IT gaat daarin een faciliterende rol spelen. Uiteindelijk gaat het er om, om techniek zó in te zetten en in te richten dat Zorgverleners daadwerkelijk geholpen worden, zodat zíj hun tijd meer én effectiever aan cliënten en patiënten kunnen besteden. Dat is wat mij drijft. Mijn kracht ligt in het verbinden van mensen en het maken van de vertaalslag van techniek naar Zorg en andersom. Ik wordt gedreven door het neerzetten van een resultaat waarbij de mensen en organisatie daadwerkelijk blij en geholpen worden. Ik ga graag samen het gesprek aan om te kijken hoe uw organisatie op dit gebied verder geholpen kan worden!
