As freelancer I worked for different clients. I was hired as a drivingcoach on race and driftdays through the whole country. I also coordinated events in assignment and guided groups during events. In addition, I worked for a client and improved the business processes in the workshop.

Together with the storemanager I was responsible for building new relationships, inside and outside the store. From a establishment plan, I formulated the goals for new and existing customers together with the storemanager. I was responsible for planning, executing and evaluating prospect visits and performing the marketing measures set up by the headquarters. As a commercial employee in/out, you are also responsible for increasing the brand name of Bouwmaat.

I was responsible for the result and the appearance of the shop. In the role of sales coach, you motivate the team to achieve the goals of your store.
