As Head of Consulting at Zoios, I lead a team of three People Strategy Consultants focused on improving employee well-being and performance through data-driven insights. I managed the People & Culture / HR side of our Specialized Catering business at ISS Denmark.This included1. Leadership development - made sure our managers grew month to month and made the right decisions2. Recruitment - assisted our managers in recruiting the right people for our Catering business3. Employment law - I was the link between our managers and our employee relations team4. Project management - I led a project on reducing sickness absence5. Operational development - I supported our managers in developing our ways of operating Catering in these difficult times

I ran one of Denmark's leading independent podcasts called MindCast, which focused on leadership, mental performance, and energy optimization - while building a small consultancy firm for myself. I interviewed various Danish business people, athletes, and politicians such as Christian Stadil, Hanne Blume, Lotte Hjortlund, William Kvist, Ida Auken, and many more (find http://mindcast.dk). We discussed what to do to perform at our best at work, as well as how to handle the pressure that can occur when pursuing a prestigious and successful career.In addition, I facilitated workshops and spoke at both private and public companies with a twofold focus:What could we do to use our brain capacity as effectively as possible at work?How could we ensure that we were not completely exhausted when coming home to our families?Acquired skills and specific outcomes: • Built one of Denmark's leading podcasts with over 800.000 downloads and 200+ episodes.• Developed a solid network consisting of top profiles from the Danish business world as well as athletes.• Gained sharp presentation skills, making it natural to stand in front of both small and large audiences to deliver a message.

I have run my own business area as a management consultant, where I have been helping managers with what it takes to perform as well as possible while staying present. On the elective Project Management in Organisations - graduate students from Political Science and Sociology

Helping adolescents between 14-19 years develop personal leadership. In these 5-day camps we are particularly working with their social skills and ability to see the bigger picture in life. I facilitate the challenges and activities of my team.Acquired skills and specific outcome:• Communication skills and educational tools for working with children and adolescents.• Leadership experience in terms of working with teams of 10-12 people.

Produced YouTube videos and live streaming entertainment through an online tv channel called Twitch.tv. My three colleagues and I streamed in turn 24 hours a day.Acquired skills and specific outcome:• Experience with fundraising and startup of a company in a team of four people - We started with nothing and ended with over 28,000 followers, two major sponsorship agreements and over 250,000 DKK in donations.• Competencies in video production and setting up an online live stream - We established a YouTube channel with over 50 videos.• Experience with working at different hours in the day - We exchanged shifts regularly to make online live streaming happen day and night

Playing for AT Gaming required hard work and tons of hours of practice. AT Gaming gave me the oppotunity to travel around Denmark and sometimes Europe to play tournaments for price money. At this job my mindset was challenged every day and it was really important to stay focused and hold a positive attitude towards the game.
