Led yearlong statewide initiative to strengthen all Massachusetts YMCAs' child protection and safety capabilities:• Managed a Task Force to develop policies, guidelines and support materials to assist with implementation of child sexual abuse prevention strategies• Collaborated with leaders to reach a consensus of best practices and secure statewide commitment• Reviewed hiring, training, supervision, and feedback protocols of 33 YMCAs statewide by instituting real-time evaluations; gave recommended action plans to meet established, standardized best practices• Apprised donors and stakeholders of project progress, achievements, and concerns on a regular basis• Facilitated trainings on child sexual abuse prevention to diverse audiences reaching over 1,000 adults
