Inspired by best practices worldwide, I work with cultural institutions to develop innovative programming, implement cultural entrepreneurship, and target new audiences. Current and previous clients include Drawingcentre Diepenheim, Vleeshal, Over het IJ Festival, Nederlandse Dansdagen and the European Press Prize.

I am currently coaching several artists on topics such as marketing and entrepreneurship via Routes In, Cultuur + Ondernemen, Gemeente Amsterdam and This Art Fair.

I am currently creating a global education project/platform for the Van Gogh Museum and a travelling exhibition for Het Scheepvaartmuseum in North America. The latter is combined with an extensive research project on sustainability in exhibition development, leading to a toolkit and conference on the topic.- On view now: Rising Tide by Kadir van Lohuizen at the Museum of the City of New York. - Previous exhibitions for the Cobra Museum at the Sharjah Art Museum (UAE) and Bait Al Zubair in Muscat (Oman).

I regularly give talks about art, art collecting and modern patronage; clients include Cultuurmarketing, Creative Mornings, De Nederlandsche Bank, Museum de Buitenplaats, Van Abbemuseum, and the Courtauld Institute of Art. I also give talks on Contemporary Art for Leqture, who provide expert inspiration sessions for employees.

I have recorded several podcasts and moderated Zoom and live panels; clients include Stedelijk Museum, SBK, de Uitmarkt, Soho House and Westergas.

I write or have written about art and art collecting for Flow Magazine, Tableau Magazine, See All This and GalleryViewer.

I am a lecturer on entrepreneurship for several art academies in the Netherlands, including HKU Utrecht and Zuyd Maastricht.

Kunstverein is a women-led not-for-profit membership organisation, a publishing house, a curatorial office based in Amsterdam and a domestic franchise with sisters in Aughrim, Toronto, Milan and (soon to be rebooted) New York. Since its founding in 2009, Kunstverein has aimed to celebrate practices—their attempts and failures—of avant-garde artists and designers of all ages who have been undersung in contemporary art history or who work at the fringes of divergent disciplines. By working against the drive to produce calendar-based programming and in refuting the exhibition as the format that sits at the top of the food chain, Kunstverein offers presentations, performances, lectures, dinners, bar nights, screenings, independent publishing and everything in between in tailor made mise-en-scènes that reflect upon the manner in which cultural practices are traditionally administered.

ArtTable is the network organization for female professionals in the arts. Art Table focuses on sharing knowledge and experiences and strives to promote (thought) leadership of women in the arts.

Young Collectors Circle is a platform for emerging art collectors, founded to support the art scene by activating a new generation of collectors. Young Collectors Circle is an initiative of Stichting Art Projects, a foundation that focuses on initiating programs that contribute to the economic sustainability of the art world.

Art Projects is a non-profit foundation that initiates - small-scale and bottom-up - projects to strengthen the art sector and bring about the connection between art and (new) audiences.
