Through this work, EMM will focus on activities in June 2023 including Pride marches, Pride services, and World Refugee Day (June 20), as well as foster new partnerships involving Episcopal congregations, forced migrants, U.S.-based resettlement agencies, community groups, and more. Episcopal Migration Ministries will also be conducting a thorough review of all its materials and procedures to ensure that they are fully inclusive of LGBTQ+ forced migrants.

The Rights Working Group (RWG) was a coalition of over 250 organizations working to ensure that the US government fulfills its commitments to liberty and justice. Member groups spanned the gamut in terms of size, and focused on civil rights, civil liberties, human rights, and immigrant rights.Led RWG while the coalition worked to protect due process rights for immigrants as part of Comprehensive Immigration Reform.Managed staff and consultants focused on lobbying, advocacy, community organizing, financial management, evaluation, and communicationsRaised over $500,000 from foundation sources
