Project Administrator
CurrentProvide high quality administrative and office support, assist with operational activities, andengage with the project's stakeholders.Main duties and responsibilities:- To provide high-quality project administration and office support for the effective delivery ofproject operations.- Regularly update the project’s monitoring systems and support the elaboration of monitoringreports by providing data and case studies.- Organise, service and take minutes at meetings; this might include taking the lead on a specificproject activity such as the Maternity Champions.- Actively participate in the recruitment and training of volunteers, and support the capacitybuilding of project staff and volunteers.- Design promotional materials such as leaflets, posters, and programme of activities.- Manage the project’s social media outlets and publications so that health and wellbeingmessages and activities are widely communicated to staff, volunteers, residents, and healthprofessionals.- Deputise on behalf of the Project Manager, when necessary.- Be willing to work occasional evenings or weekends.- To assist with the organisation and delivery of in-house and outreach project activities; thisincludes liaising with residents, coordinating logistics and carrying out risk assessments.- Assist in all duties related to Charecroft Hall maintenance; including the patio-garden.- Ensure the health and safety of staff, volunteers, partners, and service users in the communityhall and during outreach activities.- Undertake any other duties as direct by the Project Manager.
