I have more than 16 year's experience in Education Sector & 10 year's experience in Hospitality Industry in the field of IT Infrastructure Management (ITIM), IT Enabled Services (ITES), IT Infrastructure Project (ITIP), IT Support & Services (ITSS), System Administration, Software license Agreement (SLA), Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), Data Backup & Security. Overseeing all IT functions in our university and ensuring that computing systems and equipment are operating effectively and efficiently. Overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals. Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by the top management. My vision is to ensure IT systems and people are effective and functioning within the limits of budget, time and specifications of the University.
