Responsible for all day-to-day office procedures and overseeing all staff. Researching event locations and meet budgetary requirements. Maintaining a relationship with all suppliers to ensure best prices and service are achieved. Report on events and day-to-day practices to the Board of Directors. Communicating relevant news and information to all members, across Canada. Researching and bringing Association benefits to members. Reaching out to potential members and retaining existing members. Actively involved in on all Board meetings including taking minutes and doing all meeting follow up. Building relationships with key members to secure commitment, and support for Association initiatives. Planning and executing the Annual events such as golf tournaments, Canadian inspired events in Chicago & Las Vegas, Awards Gala, Trade Show & Conference, plus monthly educational seminars. Overseeing staff to ensure all tasks are complete and that all in-house systems are achieving mandate set by Board of Directors.
