A decade of an extensive experience working in companies based in high-risk markets, designing and managing large number of compliance and risk management programs with successful and tangible accomplishments are something that my hands-on experience in compliance consists of. As a demand on compliant business operations is increasing through a complex regulatory environment a robust risk-focused strategy reflecting FCPA, UKBA and other key compliance regulations and requirements becomes a critical part of company risk management. I possess a strong experience and expertise in delivering pragmatic and practical risk prioritizing best practice compliance solutions that can be tailored for any business and industry ensuring a strong compliance management. Development and implementation of corporate compliance strategy and programs adhering to local and international laws and regulations, business risk assessments to evaluate company integrity risk exposure and implementation of a company-wide integrity risk mitigation action plans, development of compliance policies, procedures, internal control systems and risk management tools, ad-hoc investigations, compliance reviews of commercial and contract proposals from business partners, enhancing internal compliance communication and promotion of speak-up culture, preparation of quarterly and annual reports, staff and third-party compliance trainings are part of my daily activities.
