- providing written translation of required documents from Azerbaijani to English and vice versa, checking consistency of specific terms in both languages, compiling a glossary/thesaurus for the project based on the feedback/information provided by the project experts and having it translated by the outsource company, proofreading materials sent out for translation, editing and formatting various documents upon request, coordinating translation of materials of large scale by outsource companies, as well as, asking for provision of outsource interpreters from the company for official meetings, events;- providing consecutive interpretation for the team leader, other project members such as experts in non-official meetings;- organizing technical part (provision of printed materials for events, workshops, trainings, sound system, tea/coffee and lunch breaks) of various events, trainings, workshops upon request, participating in these events and providing technical support;- getting in touch with different service providers for numerous tasks upon request, ordering and purchasing office needs upon demand, visiting different agencies, bodies, institutions as required;- assisting support team manager in various tasks like reporting monthly expenditure invoices, developing invoices, letters, tables of price requests, etc.

- in charge of translating different types of documents from English to Azerbaijani and vice versa, as well as from Russian to English, including letters, orders, job descriptions, manuals, forms, trainingmaterials;- dealing with reviewing materials sent for outsourced translation, working closely with science/trainingteam to assist in improvement of training materials;- coordinating with other translators on the absence of operations supervisor/lead translator regardingto translation tasks, assigning them to different formal or informal meetings, briefings for interpreting- on the absence of sustainment specialist, updating weekly activity report, reviewing site visit reportsof maintenance engineers, as well as, dealing with maintenance issues, such as assigningmaintenance engineers to site trips.
