SMEtv was sold to a public company in early 2017.SMEtv was a dedicated video business channel for owners, managers and staff of small to medium enterprises, it offers an entire perspective on business in a one-stop-shop – from marketing, finance, human resources and digital, to management issues, success stories, business travel and so much more.

Snow Australia was an initiative of the Australian Ski Areas Association, they were a key funder alongside the NSW and Victorian tourism organisations, plus a contribution from Tourism Australia. It was my responsibility to draw new and lapsed markets to the snow regions to increase visitation and participation in snow sports, our key message was that it is a “must do” for every Australian.I managed all components of the marketing and delivered three campaigns, the 2012 / 2013 campaign was "You Never Forget Your First Time", a huge success that drove strong reach and frequency and resulted in a significant uplift with first timer visitation and the volume of packages sold.Our strategy was content led with a skew towards video, this transpired into two 30 minute shows for Channel 9, two Getaway segments and a host of online video content that helped drive the campaigns.Through all of our activity, we successfully presented Snow Australia as one of Australia’s pinnacle tourism experiences.

Our key achievements:• Positioned Niseko on the global stage as one of the top 10 snow resorts;• Our activity played a major role in the growth of Japanese inbound tourism;• Built the business from start-up to acquisition by a Hong Kong public company;• Developed a portfolio of services that drove revenue growth of the resort and area;• Achieved the highest visitation of Australians at any single snow resort outside of Australia;• Developed an integrated marketing and digital platform that delivered year on year growth;• Implemented a video content and distribution strategy that drove global awareness;• Established and managed the sales distribution channels throughout the Asia Pacific region;• Drove awareness into European markets, which has benefited into significant visitation during winter;• Played a major role in the planning and development of the Hanazono green season strategy;• Initiated major sponsorship/partnership programs to generate revenue for marketing initiatives and value-add for guests.
