I was the manager of the cleaning crew first and was promoted to managing the retail department. I trained all new employees in both departments, restructured the employee duties, and completely reorganized the retail storefront with my dedication to efficiency. I tasked employees with duties each day, set weekly employee schedules and coordinated breaks.
