This had been damaged badly in the past and had divided the community and industry. I used my existing relationships and networking skills to build bridges throughout the community and to help reunite a very disjointed industry.The second goal was to re-establish the Chambers image to a leading business group in the community. This included a complete overhaul of the organisation and re-branding of the name to "Our Merimbula" which was more inclusive. During this time I worked with all levels of government to develop joint outcomes for our community include significant infrastructure upgrades.
