Manor Fresh is a JV company supplying M&S with prepacked fresh produce of consistently high quality, integrity and provenance, backed by an ethos of excellent customer service - a defining trait that runs throughout our organisation.

My main role was to help the DGM Board prepare DGM for its merger with a rival to form Manor Fresh Ltd. Planning and then executing the post merger relocation, restructuring and integration of the two entities.

MBM was an aquisitive and dynamically managed growth business at this time, under the ownership of Hillsdown Holdings Plc, Hicks Muse Tate and Furst, then Premier Foods Plc. Recognised as the market leader in its field and highly respected. An influential, formative and great period in my career.
