We work with smaller multiple retail clothing, supermarket chains within Southern and eastern African countries. our typical client would be a business with between 3 – 20 branches. We act as their partner and guide through various areas that need attention. We source fixtures / fittings, advise on store design, layout & visual displays, implementation of the brand, security, location feasibility studies, merchandising. We investigate poor performing stores and assist to rectify the areas of concern. Between 2002 and 2014, I was a active partner in a B&B which had a pub and restaurant on the premises. I personally was involved with the management, live entertainment and marketing of the establishment.

OK Bazaars/ Hyperama Group operated over 200 stores. They carried internationally recognised brands in cosmetics, housewares, appliances, furniture and groceries. I managed the national visual merchandise department with a team of visual display artist. A major part of our contribution was the design and manufacturing of visual props for functions, fashion shows etc. Store visits across chain, ensuring visuals were correctly implemented and brand identity maintained, in line with company policy and training manualsPurchasing of all materials, fixtures from local and overseas suppliers.
