Rent savings combined with operational initiatives / trading saw £75-million improvement YoY for the UK business' Gross Profit from 2020 to 2021. 300,000 sqft of growth signed during this period, include sites in landmark new schemes such as Battersea Power Station and One Olympia. As VP, Network Development at IWG in Asia Pacific, delivered a 550-site (11-million sqft) roll-out across the region, using capital-light business models and M&A activity. Led a regional team to deliver high volume growth, responsible for (i) site acquisitions, (ii) project delivery (fit-out) and (iii) asset management. Sourced a US$50-million Joint-Venture / Master-Franchise for a key China region. Delivered and supported numerous competitor acquisitions, including IWG’s (then) largest competitors in South East Asia and New Zealand and 2 large Australia acquisitions.
