Managing multiple cyber security projects in public and private sector while also acting as service manager for some services. Current projects are for deploying new identity access management, privileged access management and remote desktop solutions. Services include vulnerability scanning, cyber security rating and cyber security labs training.

2010-2018 Following transforming the security unit I took up the role as a Information Security Advisior (ISA) and latterly Information Security Manager (ISM). This was working with customers across the UK and Europe which ranged from small business to enterprise. Tasks involved security policy development, management and implementation, advising on cyber security and helping ensure compliance. I was a member of a team that trained ISA/ISM in Poland and I oversaw the creation of a pool in Hungary and again supported that by training.2009-2010 Worked as a process analyst on an internal transformation project to improve the processes in the security unit. This included designing and implementing new more agile ways of working and using process behaviour analysis and other statistical analysis to support and measure business change. 2007-2009 Database specialist involved in the roll out of a multi-million pound software product with a client across sites in Europe. Also acted as project manage for 12 months of the project while still performing the database specialist role. Latterly acting as project manager and consultant to drive the project to successful conclusion. 2003-2007 2nd Line Deskside Support specilalist perforimg root cause analysis and issue remediation on a wide range of systems including laptop/desktop, server and network infrastructure, operating systems, applications and middleware, network cabling and wireless, printers both normal and large format.
