About Nigel Best
I retired from Nottinghamshire police in December 2023. I have since started my own consultancy. I specialise in EDI and Black History. My training style is relaxed and exciting. I deliver Black History training to Nottinghamshire police officers and staff. The training is linked to the Police Race Action Plan. The plan seeks to change hearts and minds regarding how Black people are treated in the UK.The training is supporting the educational section of the plan. I have completed the Force's divisional training where over 150 officers have engaged with my delivery of the programme.
