I left local government in 2015 following a 20 years career in the public sector (including working at chief officer level). From 2015 onwards I ran my own micro digital consultancy and photography studio based in the beautiful shirelands of Shropshire - specialising in helping individuals, organisations and charities to tell their stories...In 2020 I was appointed as Chief Officer at Working Together Ludlow - a charity supporting people with learning disabilities and difficulties. I also run a website called Drovers’ Loft. Drovers’ is a space to explore more conceptual documentary, landscape and street photography – focused primarily on memory and reminiscence.History:In my last role in local government - Head of Customer Involvement at Shropshire Council - I was responsible for a wide and diverse range of services, including IT, customer services, communications, web, digital, print, branding and welfare reform.Key skills and attributes:An experienced strategic manager with a successful track record in the implementation and delivery of complex projects across a large organisation.An effective leader who can manage across a wide range of diverse services and multi-disciplinary teams and operate at the highest levels of an organisation.
