Working in conjunction with A-Level art students at Bodmin College 'The Crate' was designed and built in two 20 foot shipping containers, providing a haven for students and a caffeine and cake hit for staff.Students also assist in serving and production, either as part of their catering coursework or for work experience.

Managing all aspects of a specialist Regional food wholesaler, from initial start up to working closely with one of the top 5 supermarkets and distributing throughout the South West.The business was a market innovator, in the distribution of artisan products from producer ("plough") to the end user ("plate"), be it a chef or retailer.During this time, we also collaborated with many other organisations, looking at overcoming issues in the supply chains of small food businesses.The company was bought out by a larger Regional wholesaler in December 2012, following a handover period.
