Nigel is a highly experienced Project Manager and people leader who has consistently demonstrated the ability to deliver simultaneous multi-site projects within the construction industry, on time and within budget. He is a confident and enthusiastic communicator with the ability to ensure employees and contractors are always engaged, productive and delivering the required expectations to ensure clients are always delighted. One of his key attributes is to be able to adjust his communication to the audience meaning that both clients and team members feel listened to and engaged. A true problem solver he has the rare ability to proactively spot potential issues and resolve them before they impact delivery. Nigel is a carpenter by trade however has learned many skills from working with experts in the industry and is subsequently able and willing to get involved and find the right person to deliver what’s needed - including doing it himself! He also has significant experience in client prospecting, pitching negotiation and conflict resolution.After 15 years within the loft conversion industry and over 450 completed projects Nigel is looking for his next challenge to develop and stimulate his passion for success.
