Currently actively responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of marine protection materials into the maritime industry for Ockwells throughout the UK and Europe.Sole responsibility for developing the marine business directly into Shipyards, Leading Ship Owners, Marine Contractors into the Cruise Ship and Luxury Yacht marketplaces.Selling quality assured temporary marine protection materials for use on various types of interior and exterior finishes during new build and refit projects.Meeting and dealing directly with the decision makers of these businesses in the UK and Europe.Also identifying businesses in Europe to act as distributors of our products in there countries. Totally involved in organising my day to day activities arranging meetings, lead generation, pricing and new marine product development.A challenging position that has already bought successes with leading marine companies throughout Europe and the rest of the World.The Ockwells Marine brand has become widely recognised in the maritime sector.

Employed by the largest polythene manufacturer at the time in Northern Europe specialising in a range of Flame Retardant protection materials reporting directly to the Sales Director.Sold a wide range of Megafilm products to the major construction companies, meeting with surveyors on sites for introducing products and closing deals. A flexible approach needed in both personality and selling tecniques for both site level and Head Office meetings with buyers.In charge of selling the range of marine materials into France, Italy, Spain and Greece to ship yards, owners and contractors for use on cruise ships and luxury yachts.Successfully achieved annual turnover of £700k, securing excellent product margins.Responsible for planning all appointments, pricing, quotations and lead generation as well as involvement in new product development.
