They have state-of-the-art production facilities in Upstate, NY, with a Marketing & Sales office located in Bethlehem, PA.I led a 3-year IT transformation programme updating legacy systems and processes, which reduced the operational costs by $800K and improved business efficiency which contributed in enabling the business to exceed forecasted P&L by $2.2M.The transformation programme included - updated ERP system, updated workforce management system, process re-engineering, Sales budgeting and management system, system integration, unified communications, e-commerce platform, server virtualisation, PCI-DSS compliance, EDI on-premise migration to SaaS, Business Continuity Plan, ITIL service delivery as well as office relocations.
