Doubled production capacity for pump build and system assembly, with the implementation of lean thinking and process improvements across the shop floor. Improved cash flow with a reduction in excess of £1.5 million (20%) of total inventory valuation, through detailed analysis of inventory on hand vs demand, and improvements to the stocking policy.
