Providing them with tailor made solutions for a variety of challenges involving aviation security processes, and implementing them as they should be.Within Point FWD I work in a team of 5 where everyone knows their own tasks. Our main activity is delivering 24/7 3rd line support commissioned by Vanderlande APC, for security assets on the security checkpoints for several airports worldwide.The hard and software security assets on these airports are installed and configured by ourselves. Beside that, we also do on-site support jobs like maintenance of the machines, fix issues, replacement of broken cables, screens, mouses or hard disks and so forth. We're able to troubleshoot and solve most of reported issues from home or office through a VPN connection.
