Involving a move from old technology to new and work approach. Encouraging collaboration within the new workspace, using new technology services that the users have not been used to in the past, Remote Working / Online and in building collaboration.Responsibilities include managing three major workstreams, at a programme level, ICT / Facilities and Delivery of the Building post practical completion. Marketing the new location and services to the user community. Encouraging the use of the collaboration space and re-building the business support model and approach.

• Completed a special assignment to produce and IP Telephony strategy and project plan for EDS EMEA as lead Programme Manager for the pan-EMEA Cisco IPT services for EDS.• Designed and implemented the centralized IP Telephony solution for 9 countries provided from two data centres into 54 office sites for a total of 18,000+ handsets, including two large Cisco Meeting place teleconference systems for 960 concurrent users each. This was the biggest and first IPT roll out in EMEA.
