Overseeing month-end processes for 4 business units, including full-cycle accounting and ensuring strict compliance with IFRS standards. Responsibilities include recording daily financial transactions, accurately posting journal entries, and managing the integrity of financial data.Assisting in the preparation of internal monthly financial statements with a focus on precision in account reconciliation, analytical review, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial strategies. This also includes preparing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) reports and presentation materials for senior management.Coordinating and reviewing customer invoicing processes, facilitating the monthly reconciliation of key billing and accounts receivable, and actively pursuing the resolution of outstanding balances while escalating delinquent accounts when necessary. This role also involves ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements and internal controls.Managing and mentoring two offshore resources, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure the efficient execution of operational tasks, while upholding high standards of performance, productivity, and accountability.
