After leaving school at a young age my first job was in engineering, this wasn't the sort of work for myself . After a year found a new job in construction big change from previous employment , labouring as a fence erector.Really enjoyed the outdoor work and did this for many years moved to Lincolnshire still doing the same line of works but always wanted to achieve more.From construction into the motor trade as a panel beater it was great to achieve things which you never imagined, vehicles damaged and repaired to high standards which customers appreciated. Did this for 8years and really enjoyed it.Always indoors found that I missed the outdoors so started back fence erecting again at Pro-fence in 2004 , over the years after learning a lot more in fencing and working all around the country was given the opportunity to become a contracts manager in 2011. This was out the blue never thought I could achieve so much from a great company and fellow work colleagues who strive to make the company grow. Hope to have many more years at pro-fence and keep learning more.
