Contract DeveloperEnterprise Rent-A-Car Feb 2019 - Apr 2020Egham, England, United KingdomContract development role, building and integrating a number of internal line of business applications. Initially a 6 month contract, but extended to 15 months to work on other projects. Development was primarily C#, with an Angular UI, all deployed to the Azure cloud platform. The project made use of Azure functions, SQL Azure, Azure storage and Data Factory. Azure DevOps with ARM templates were used for reproducible application and platform build pipelines and deployments. The project teams followed a typical SCRUM methodology, implementing unit and integration tests as well as using Specflow for API and UI end to end testing. The last 4 weeks of the contract were conducted with full remote working. -
